Delete your AGC Camera account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open AGC Camera.
2. Tap the profile button in the top corner of the viewfinder.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app

Email bigkaka2023@gmail.com from the address your account is registered with, with the subject "Delete my AGC account". Requests are handled within 30 days. We reply from that same address if we need anything else to confirm it is your account; we will never ask you for your password.

What is deleted

• Your email address, nickname, password and profile picture;
• Your Google sign-in link, if you used one;
• Your LUT list, favorites and likes;
• Every signed-in session, on every device.

What this also affects

AGC Camera and AGC ToolKit share one AGC account. Deleting it here deletes it for AGC ToolKit as well, including anything tied to that account there.

What is not deleted

• Photos and videos you have taken — they are on your device only, we never had them. Delete them from your gallery.
• LUT files already downloaded into the app — they are stored on your device; uninstalling the app removes them.
• Crash and diagnostic reports, which are not linked to your account, and records we are required to keep by law.

How long anything is kept

Account data is erased at the moment the deletion runs — there is no grace period and no backup copy we can restore from. Crash and diagnostic reports are not linked to your account and are kept for up to 12 months while we work on the problem. Records we are required to keep by law (for example purchase records) are kept only for as long as that law requires.

Can I sign up again?

Yes. The email address is released when the account is deleted, so you can register with it again — but the old account and everything in it is gone for good.
