This policy explains what AGC Camera collects, why, and how to get it deleted. It covers the AGC Camera app for Android (package com.agc.gcam).

What stays on your device

• Your photos and videos. Everything you shoot is processed on the device and saved to your gallery. We never upload them.
• Location. If you turn on GPS tagging, coordinates are written into the EXIF data of the file you just shot. The setting is off by default and the data stays in that file.
• Your settings and camera calibration data. Stored in the app's own folder.

What we collect

• Account information — only if you create an account or sign in: your email address, the nickname you choose, and a password (stored as a one-way hash, never in readable form). If you use Sign in with Google, we receive your email address, your name and your profile picture from Google. An account is optional; the camera works fully without one.
• Your LUT activity — the LUTs you add to your list, favorite or like, so the same list follows your account across our apps.
• Device and app information — an identifier derived from your Android ID, plus device brand, model, hardware, Android version, app version, build and language. Sent when the app checks for updates and counts an active install.
• Crash reports — sent automatically when the app crashes: the error and stack trace, a short trail of the actions that led to it, and the device and app information above.
• Diagnostic reports — sent only when you tap "Send device report" yourself: your camera hardware capabilities, your app settings and the recent app log, so we can reproduce a problem you reported.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, we do not use ad networks, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

How we use it

• To create and maintain your account and sign you in;
• To keep your LUT list, favorites and likes in sync;
• To tell you when a new version is available;
• To find and fix crashes and device-specific camera problems;
• To count how many devices use the app.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Google is involved only when you choose Sign in with Google: we exchange the token you granted for your email address and name so we can identify your account. Data may be disclosed if we are legally required to do so.

One account across our apps

AGC Camera signs you in with the same AGC account used by AGC ToolKit. Creating an account in either app creates it for both, and deleting it removes it from both.

Security

All traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfect, but we do not keep data we do not need.

Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Crash and diagnostic reports are kept while they are useful for fixing the problem and are not linked to your account.

Deleting your account and your data

In the app: tap the profile button in the top corner of the viewfinder, then Delete account. This is immediate and cannot be undone. It permanently removes your email address, nickname, password, profile picture, your LUT favorites, likes and list, and signs out every device — in AGC ToolKit as well, because it is the same account.

If you can no longer open the app, request deletion at https://gapi.agccam.com/?ac=gcam_destroy.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that we hold personal information from a child under 13, we delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are published on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
